Ingredients

1 3.5 oz pasture-raised chicken breast, cooked and diced

1 tablespoon avocado oil mayonnaise or veganaise 

1/2 an organic red apple diced

A few dashes each of garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley

1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice

2 slices of sprouted wheat bread, toasted

Lettuce 

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Mix diced chicken, mayo, diced apple, spices, and lemon juice in a medium mixing bowl until well-incorporated 

2. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed

3. Toast bread

4. Put lettuce on bread

5. Put chicken salad on lettuce

6. Serve and enjoy!
